the sun has just begun to fall off the radar,
all the people scatter home,
keeping up routine til routine's all they ever know,
comfortably waiting for a volatile stone,
it crashes through their walls,
then i guess i've done my job.

azaleas dying,
time has made us more evolved,
gravity failing, negative nine point eight free fall,
changing perspective to rethink all we've ever known.
